About Us

RINDT company of engineers and scientists who are ethical, skilled, and hardworking problem solvers. RINDT works as a team and has succeeded, for decades, by adhering to a stable set of values where clients, and their interests, are our top priority.

Our Culture Defines Us

RINDT is a team environment where we value and respect our employees and clients. Character is highly valued, consequently, a person’s character factors heavily in our hiring practices. We seek employees who are not only technically strong in their field, but who are also genuine, modest, hardworking, and take personal ownership in all of their work. As a result, RINDT employees are confident but humble. We encourage accountability throughout our team, no matter the employee’s position within the company. We also value professional and respectful communication. As a result, those we work with trust us. This value system promotes an environment where employees can communicate freely and collaborate with teammates to obtain the best results for our clients. We also value our clients and know that our commitment to quality and teamwork is an investment in those client relationships.

Our Values Testify to Our Commitment

RINDT prioritizes clients and employees before our profits:

  • Clients – We value our trusted relationships. Let’s face it, we wouldn’t be in business without our clients.
  • Employees – we value our people and, from a business perspective, we couldn’t serve our clients without our team.
  • Profit – We believe that profits will flow naturally if we put or clients and employees first.
  • Community – We believe strongly in giving back to the community in which we live, work, and serve.

We Have a Rich History

RINDT was founded in 1980 when Brian Rindt and Charles McDuff merged their firms. These two men were leaders in the industry. They both had experience in larger firms, where, they felt, not enough value was placed on clients and coworkers. At the start, Charles McDuff served as President of Rindt-McDuff Associates until 1994, when Brian Rindt succeeded him and served until 1998. Since that time, Rindt-McDuff Associates successfully transitioned to a newer generation of leaders who continue to build upon this vision and set of values. In 2021 the name of the firm was changed to RINDT.

Safety

Because we value our employees and clients, we genuinely care about the safety and well-being of each person who is involved in a project. Our ongoing internal training program that includes classes on safety-related items. RINDT also subscribes to ISN, Avetta, and Browz. These companies are well-known and respected third-party safety compliance vendor management groups. They document our company’s safety program for some of our clients. In addition, they provide an interface between the client and RINDT to establish and exchange safety compliance information. Without a doubt, the requirements are very strict and require documentation focused primarily on safety. In the end, our focus on safety is verified by these groups.
